Our L.I.F.E training (Leadership, Independence, Futures & Empowerment) programme is tailored for every leadership need; female empowerment and school development are just some examples of how the training is able to shape desired learning outcomes.
Schools and academic life in Sri Lanka often overlook the importance of skill development in children for a more traditional knowledge based approach. Addressing skill development of students reduces stress and increases wellbeing and confidence.
L.I.F.E is run as an intensive 2-day programme or 4 sessions over 4 weeks.
L.I.F.E develops important soft skills in children; such as presentation, planning, TEAm-work, listening ability and increased self-confidence.
Training consists of 4 key modules:
- Identifying our strengths and weaknesses
- Leadership skills (personal goal setting)
- Children’s Rights (UNCRC)
- Presentation skills (reviewing personal goals)
